Program Details
The course is delivered in the classroom two days a week 9.30 am to 3.30 pm over 47 study weeks. The course continues over school holiday periods; however, a three-week break is timetabled over the Christmas and New Year period. Classes are trainer-led and provide the opportunity for small and large group activities and timetabled excursions.

The purpose of the review is to help us to understand your interests, background, your existing knowledge, skills and goals, so we can make sure the program is right for you, before you enroll. The Pre-training review involves an informal interview and language literacy and numeracy assessment. To successfully complete this program, you need to have language literacy and numeracy skills at Level 1 ACSF.
22567VIC Certificate I in Transition Education is for post compulsory school aged learners with evidence of a permanent cognitive impairment/intellectual disability. Prior to enrolling into this course, evidence of a permanent cognitive impairment/intellectual disability must be presented. Evidence may include a doctor/specialist report, proof of attendance at Specialist School or EmployEase medical declaration.
