We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to deliver high-quality transactional AR services across our Home Care and NDIS portfolios. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate invoicing, compliant claiming, effective collections, Direct Debit management, and discharge processing, while providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Include:
End-to-end Accounts Receivable processing across Home Care and NDIS
Accurate invoicing, claiming, receipting, and discharge processing
Managing Direct Debit set-ups, changes, and reconciliations
Proactively following up overdue accounts and managing collections
Resolving invoice and payment queries from clients, plan managers, and funders
Investigating disputed invoices, rejected claims, and underpayments
Supporting month-end, reporting, audit, and continuous improvement activities
Collaborating with Finance and operational teams to deliver strong outcomes
About You
2+ years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable or finance role
Experience within Home Care, NDIS, disability, or healthcare highly regarded
Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable, including collections, Direct Debit management, and discharge processing
Excellent communication skills with a client-centred approach
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
A proactive team player who enjoys improving processes and outcomes
