About the role:
We have a full time position available for an administrator, to join our team in National Education and Training Division team in Sydney.

This role would be working with our National Training and Education Division.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update company databases
- Meeting and greeting training attendees
- Printing and scanning documents
- Providing first class customer service
- Reception duties and various administration tasks
- Manage communications and correspondence
- Manage training equipment stocks
- Manage training bookings
The successful candidate will:
- Administration skills – MS office , etc
- Have a friendly personality
- Be reliable and punctual and have good time management
- Have a mature approach to work
- Have a great attitude towards new challenges & professional development
- Have high attention to detail
- Have strong organisational skills
