Your duties as a Clinical Nurse Manager in aged care include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.
Leading and supporting nursing and care staff, including delegation, supervision, and performance guidance.
Managing care plans, clinical assessments, incident reporting, and ensuring compliance with aged care standards.
Coordinating staffing, allocating workloads, and responding to urgent operational or clinical issues.
Liaising with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to maintain continuity of care and positive resident outcomes.
