We are seeking experienced Nurses and Carers with:
High clinical adaptability, with the ability to work confidently across various aged care facilities.
Strong critical thinking skills to make safe, effective clinical decisions and prioritise care appropriately.
Excellent communication and teamwork, collaborating well with diverse nursing teams.
Consistent reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to facility policies, and representing HCA to a high standard.

Eligibility:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) or Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) + 12 months full-time experience in residential aged care
Certificate III in Aged Care + 6 months full-time experience in residential aged care
Valid National Police Check
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Up-to-date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
