We are seeking Aged Care Nurses with:
Strong clinical assessment skills, quickly recognising changes in residents’ health and escalating when needed.
Compassionate, person-centred care, showing empathy and respect for residents with diverse physical and cognitive needs.
Effective time management and autonomy, confidently managing workloads and making sound clinical decisions with limited supervision.
Adaptability across different facilities, adjusting to varying care plans, documentation systems, and staffing models.
