We are seeking Registered Nurses with:
Strong clinical assessment abilities, recognising and responding to changes in residents’ health promptly.
Compassionate, person-centred care, supporting residents with diverse physical and cognitive needs.
Excellent time management and autonomy, managing workloads confidently and making sound clinical decisions with minimal supervision.
Adaptability across facilities, adjusting to different care plans, documentation systems and staffing models.
