Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking experienced Aged Care Workers (ACEs) to support residential aged care facilities across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley region!
We are seeking experienced ACEs with:
High clinical adaptability, with the ability to work confidently across a variety of aged care facilities.
Strong critical thinking skills to make safe, effective clinical decisions and prioritise care appropriately.
Excellent communication and teamwork, collaborating well with diverse nursing teams.
Consistent reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to facility policies, and representing HCA to a high standard.

Eligibility:
Certificate III (or higher) in Aged Care or a related field plus 6 months full-time experience in a residential aged care environment
OR a second-year Bachelor of Nursing student who has completed a 160-hour clinical placement in aged care
Valid National Police Check
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Up-to-date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
