We are seeking reliable and experienced Care Workers with:
Strong adaptability in fast-paced clinical environments
Sound clinical judgement and the ability to prioritise care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A professional approach to agency work and resident care, representing HCA to a high standard.

Eligibility:
Certificate III (or higher) in Aged Care or related field plus 6 months full-time experience in a residential aged care
OR a second-year Bachelor of Nursing student who has completed a 160-hour clinical placement in aged care
Valid National Police Check
Valid ACT Working With Vulnerable People Check (WWVP)
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Up-to-date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
