About You You are a reliable, compassionate and experienced Aged Care Worker who:
Has recent experience in residential aged care
Demonstrates strong knowledge of person-centred and dignity-focused care
Is confident with manual handling and infection control procedures
Communicates clearly and works well within a team
Is flexible and professional in agency settings
Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Minimum 6 months’ full-time experience in residential aged care
Valid National Police Check
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Up-to-date vaccinations (including influenza & COVID as required)
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
