Cert III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care OR Bachelor of Nursing student (min. 160 hrs clinical placement, with 1 being Aged Care)
HLTHPS007 Administer and Monitor Medications (Highly Desirable)
6+ months paid aged care experience in Australia
2 contactable aged care clinical references (must be managers)
Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
Triple COVID-19 vaccination + 2025 FLUVAX
Current NSW Working With Children Check (highly desirable)
NDIS Workers Check (highly desirable)
Must have full work rights in Australia – no sponsorship available
