Branch Manager – Canberra

The opportunity and about the role:
This is a great opportunity to work with a terrific team of professionals working across our workforce solutions. 

As the Branch manager, Key responsibilities will include supporting our existing client base, attracting new business, networking locally to attract the best nursing talent to HCA, and to be active in day to day duties within a small, tight knit team.

We are looking for someone who is prepared to both manage and work with the team by leading by example. If you are someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys connecting with people and loves business development, we would love to hear from you.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter or team leader to make their next move.  Recruitment agency experience highly desirable!

What you will bring to the role:
  
You will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and you will enjoy mentoring and working closely with a very dedicated team.

Healthcare experience is not essential.
