This is your opportunity to step into an exciting Branch Manager role for the South Coast region for Healthcare Australia. You’ll lead from the front—driving growth, building meaningful client partnerships, recruitment of experienced Nurses & Carers and deliver exceptional workforce solutions across hospitals, aged care, and disability in the region.

As a key player in Healthcare Australia’s growth journey, you’ll have the autonomy to make your mark, backed by a supportive national team and a business that truly cares.  Based in Shellharbour, this role operates during standard business hours—offering the perfect balance of career progression and lifestyle.  

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing support to our existing workforce
  • Seeking new business and nurturing our existing clients
  • Establishing strong partnerships across Hospitals, Aged Care & Disability sectors
  • Leading end-to-end (360) recruitment
  • Driving branch performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence
  • Overseeing daily operations including workforce allocations

  • Experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment highly regarded)
  • A strong track record in business development, with the ability to identify and maximise opportunities

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
