This is your opportunity to step into an exciting Branch Manager role for the South Coast region for Healthcare Australia. You’ll lead from the front—driving growth, building meaningful client partnerships, recruitment of experienced Nurses & Carers and deliver exceptional workforce solutions across hospitals, aged care, and disability in the region.

What you’ll be doing:
Providing support to our existing workforce
Seeking new business and nurturing our existing clients
Establishing strong partnerships across Hospitals, Aged Care & Disability sectors
Leading end-to-end (360) recruitment
Driving branch performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence
Overseeing daily operations including workforce allocations

Experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment highly regarded)
