About the Role
In this role, you’ll use your clinical expertise to enhance every aspect of our residents’ well-being. As the second in command, your responsibilities will include:
Resident Care: Providing exceptional care to residents and building strong relationships with their families.
Training and Development: Mentoring and training the next generation of carers and nurses.
Clinic Oversight: Managing all aspects of the clinic, including stock control, compliance, and reporting.
Clinical Care Programs: Developing and refining clinical care programs to ensure they are of the highest standard.
Financial Management: Assisting in the financial management of the home.
You’ll be a principled and ethical leader with a passion for continuous learning and personal growth. We’re looking for someone who has:
A genuine commitment to making a difference in people’s lives
Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration
At least 3 years of experience in a nursing management role, at ward level or above
Experience in managing staff and budgets
A background in aged care
Right to work in Australia – mandatory
COVID 19 and Flu vaccination – mandatory
