What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting residents with daily activities and personal care
Providing comfort, dignity and high-quality care
Picking up casual shifts when regular staff are unavailable
Representing HCA with professionalism and kindness
About You
Minimum 6 months of aged care experience
Able to cover at least 1–2 shifts per week (any shift type)
Willing to travel to a variety of Hervey Bay-based facilities
Preferred: NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willingness to obtain)
