Client Relations / Business Development Officer – Home Care My Way – Melbourne

About the Role:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional to play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Homecare My Way. This position involves engaging with potential clients and their families, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our services. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, results-driven individual with a passion for aged care and a proven track record in sales.
  
Key Responsibilities include:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and their families
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and preferences
    • Present Homecare My Way services in a clear, compelling, and empathetic manner
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the community and through referrals
    • Maintain a detailed understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings
    • Work closely with care managers and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant industry regulations

To be Considered:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the aged care or healthcare sector
    • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organisational and time management abilities
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools; and
    • Passionate about aged care and committed to improving the lives of seniors
