We are currently partnering with a highly regarded aged care provider who is seeking an experienced Quality & Education Manager to support large, well-resourced facilities in both Ballarat & Echuca.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration
Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
Proven experience delivering quality clinical care and leading education initiatives
Strong coaching and mentoring capability with leadership teams
Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning expertise
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
Strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Quality Standards, and accreditation requirements
Ability to foster a positive, collaborative team environment
