We are seeking Critical Care Registered Nurses with:
Advanced clinical assessment and critical thinking, with the ability to interpret complex data, recognise deterioration early, and act swiftly.
High-level proficiency with specialised equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusions, and other critical care technologies.
Calm, focused performance under pressure, managing rapidly changing patient conditions and high-acuity situations confidently.
Adaptability across different units and protocols, integrating quickly into new ICU/CCU teams and supporting diverse patient presentations.
