The Role:
Based in Adelaide and dedicated to client support, the Customer Care Manager plays a key role in coordinating care for a diverse range of customers receiving funded supports through the NDIS.
Working closely with our team, you will use your professional expertise to help clients strengthen their capabilities, develop practical support plans, and actively participate in their communities.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage a caseload, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop support plans aligned with funding and service goals.
- Oversee budgets to effectively manage customer funding.
- Maintain regular communication on funding and service delivery.
- Monitor outcomes and conduct timely service reviews.
- Ensure compliance in quoting, agreements, funding, debt management, and plan reviews.
- Keep all documentation and case notes accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and Rostering teams to strengthen workforce capacity.
To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification or relevant healthcare experience.
- Strong understanding of NDIS, Aged Care, or health services.
- Experience in customer-focused service businesses.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Skills:
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to change.
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Mandatory Requirements:
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check.
