Customer Service & Rostering Consultant – NDIS Melbourne

HCA is a registered provider and offers leading disability support services across the Nation through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) government funding. The Role:

The Customer Service/Rostering Consultant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and implementing customer care initiatives. As the first point of contact for various inquiries from clients and staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team. You will join an established team with the responsibility of allocating shifts to our Support Workers for our NDIS participants.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Care & Rostering Team to provide excellent customer service and ensure the quality of services delivered are of a high standard
  • Support the implementation of customer care initiatives.
  • Understand and adhere to HCA’s Complaint, Incident and Service Delivery Compliance Obligations.
  • Ensure that you understand and adhere to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Legislation, rules and policies or Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018
  • Support the Customer Care & Rostering Team, to manage a caseload of customers and deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Support the completion of all service delivery compliance and reporting requirements including Quoting, Service Agreements, Funding and Debt Management Activities, Rostering of shifts and Bulk Rostering in advance
  • Support communication with customers, support workers in ensuring all customers’ documentation and shifts are filled
  • Support the NDIS Division and the National Operations Manager with research and general administration tasks

To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Current or willing to obtain National Police check
  • Current or willing to obtain NDIS workers screening check
  • Current or willing to obtain Working with Childrens Check
  • 2 x Covid-19 Vaccinations 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft applications, such as outlook and excel
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible
