This role is ideal for reliable local Disability Support Workers who are passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting clients with complex needs in SIL and community settings. We are seeking Disability Support Workers who demonstrate:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families and support teams
Reliability, professionalism and confidence working independently or within a team
A flexible approach to agency work, including varied shifts and environments
Experience/qualifications in the following is also required:
High & Medium Challenging Behaviours
High Personal Care
High Manual Handling
Epilepsy Management

Eligibility:
Certificate III or higherin Disability or a related field
Minimum 6 months full-time experience in SIL or Community Care
Valid National Police Check
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate (within the last 3 years)
Full QLD Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive
Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
Full Australian working rights
