Disability Support Worker – Weekday Shifts (Mill Park Area)
Location: Mill Park, VIC
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:30pm

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker for weekday shifts in the Mill Park area. This is an excellent opportunity to work consistent hours in a rewarding role through Australia’s leading healthcare staffing agency.
About the Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll be delivering high-quality, person-centred care and daily support to NDIS participants. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about empowering people with disability and thrive in a client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, community access, and daily living assistance
• Support client independence, social inclusion, and overall wellbeing
• Collaborate with families and other care professionals
• Maintain documentation in line with NDIS standards

Essential Requirements:

• Certificate IV in Disability, Community Care, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in disability support
• Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and registration
• Excellent communication and reliability
