Emergency Response – MIDWIVES NEEDED FOR STUNNING WA

Emergency Response, also known as Surge, identifies critical areas for clinical deployment. HCA continues to be engaged as preferred agency provider to support areas of need across Australia.  We are currently recruiting team members to join the R&R emergency response team to support hospitals in WA. Surge placements range 13 weeks and include travel and accommodation for the duration of your placement. Due to accommodation shortages in the WA region, pets and families cannot be accommodated at this time.
  
Our Ideal Candidate:

• Candidate will need 2+ years post grad experience as a Dual/Direct Midwife
• Must be Labour and Delivery competent
• Must be happy to assist with relieving in other areas if not busy (if direct entry, may be required to assist under direct supervision of an RN withing scope of practice)
• Candidates need to be confident in autonomous practice
• Must be comfortable assisting with an on-call roster
• Ideal candidates can assist in Special Care Nursery
• Minimum of 13 weeks + commitment
