Emergency Response, also known as Surge, this identifies critical areas for clinical deployment. HCA continues to be engaged as preferred agency provider to support areas of need across Australia. We are currently recruiting team members to join the R&R emergency response team to support hospitals in NSW. Surge placements range 4-13 weeks and include travel and accommodation for the duration of your placement. Due to accommodation shortages in these regions, pets and families cannot be accommodated at this time.
This opportunity is open to candidates with a minimum of 2 years’+ post graduate experience in one or more of the following areas:
Emergency Department
Acute/Medical or Surgical
Primary Health Care/Multipurpose Service
Midwifery
Remote Area Nurses
Theatre – All Rounder’s
Our Ideal Candidate:
Full unrestricted AHPRA registration
Advanced Life Support (highly desirable)
Must be happy to assist with relieving in other areas if not busy
Candidates need to be confident in autonomous practice
Must be comfortable assisting with an on-call roster
$116 per day TAX FREE Living Away from Home Allowance
