To ensure a quality service provision, all HCA nursing staff must meet the following criteria:

How to be successful at HCA: 

• Nursing Assistant’s/ Personal Care Worker with 12 months (1 year) recent paid experience Aged Care facilities
• Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged Care or Health Services
• Reliability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per fortnight
• Flexibility to pick up late notice shifts, and night availability preferred, but not essential
• Ability to maintain a safe and high standard of practice
• Must have the right to work in Australia
• Current evidence of Influenza Vaccination and both Covid Vaccinations
