About the Role
As the facility manager, you will lead the home and make sure the highest standards of care are implemented throughout the facility and also achieve financial, operational, customer and people/human resources targets.

Skills & Experience
Aged care management experience required
A friendly personable approach.
Strong clinical background required
Strong Leadership skills
AHPRA nursing registration
Have previous experience successfully implementing a culture and organisational changes
