Permanent full-time opportunity for experienced Facility Manager to join our trusted aged care client in the Oberon area.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and passionate Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of aged care homes. This leadership role is perfect for someone who is operationally strong, people-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall operational, financial and clinical management of the aged care facility
Lead and support a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the facility, including care outcomes, staff engagement and resident satisfaction
Manage staffing, budgeting, occupancy and resource allocation to meet business and care objectives
Liaise with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure open communication and a resident-centred approach
Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Required
Proven experience in Facility Management or similar senior leadership role within aged care
Relevant qualifications – Bachelor of Nursing
Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage financials, staff rosters, and compliance requirements
Current Police Check, NDIS clearance, Flu and COVID vaccinations
