Facility Manager – Aged Care – Gympie

Join a leading Aged Care provider who have a variety of group homes/day programs/independent living in Gympie. A well established community organisation this provider always has a client first perspective. We are looking for a strong leader with at least 2 years experience managing group homes.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and Mentor each group homes Team Leader/Coordinator 
• Develop and Maintain Key Stakeholder relationships 
• Drive the work place culture 
• Oversee the implementation of individual client plans  
• Ensure the best possible care is in place – through relevant resources  
• Provide team development to support workers 

About you:
To be successful for this role you will have significant experience within the aged care industry, managing clinical and care staff. You will have a commitment to the philosophy of person-centred care and have contemporary business and people leadership experience.
In addition to this you will have;

• Tertiary qualifications in Nursing.
• Experience managing a diverse workforce and leading a team.
• An open, consultative style and sensitivity to complex organisational dynamics.
• Experience managing through effective change management.
• A current Queensland driver’s license.
• Able to maintain a National Police check for Vulnerable Individuals.
• Current flu and COVID vaccinations.
