As an experienced Business Relationship Lead, you’re going to thrive in this role! Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing NDIS partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to undertake significant regular travel throughout metro and some region areas of Victoria at times.
- Present HCA’s services to multiple NDIS stakeholders to attract new participants
- Meet individual KPI targets and deliver on team promises
- Develop and deliver the VIC BRL strategy
- Attend and represent HCA at stakeholder meetings, networking events and community expos
- Maintain accurate records of business development activity and interactions with key contacts and stakeholders
To be considered:
- Proven experience to develop professional relationships that lead to business growth through new clients and client retention
- Working knowledge of NDIS, passion and drive for the disability sector
- Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within established deadlines
- Initiative and a demonstrated “can do” attitude
- Current National Police Check (essential)
- Current driver’s license (essential)
- Current Working With Children and NDIS check (essential)
