Entry Level Opportunity!
Located in our St. Kilda Road Melbourne office, we have an immediate need for an IT Assist Help Desk Officer to enable Healthcare Australia employees to maximise their computing experience, with resolution of problems of a technical nature.
The successful incumbent will be required to provide effective support to employees through technological expertise whilst delivering excellence in customer service support.
Key Responsibilities include:
With a strong administrative requirement to support the IT Team, the role encompasses procurement activities, asset management, logging Help Desk requests and providing mobile desktop assistance.
The successful person will also be required to liaise with suppliers as required, and have the foresight to escalate any issues that they cannot resolve to the Team Leader.
This role will enable a great candidate to grow and take on more Helpdesk responsibilities.
To be Considered:
Exposure to an IS&T environment, programming, network administration and general computing support
Experience with Help Desk tools and environments desired but not essential
Experience/knowledge of SQL database environment
Experience/knowledge of Exchange mail environments
Experience in Microsoft Windows and Office products
