About the role
We are seeking Social Workers in South Australia’s metro and regional areas for locum.
Key responsibilities include:
Assess a range of acute and chronic disorders.
Implement rehabilitation plans, maintenance, and discharge programs.
Complete timely and accurate documentation in line with company standards
Provide accurate reporting as required and ensure all clinical events are recorded.
Provide counselling services.
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, health professionals and families.
Participate in education programs for clients and their families.
To be successful in the role you will have:
Bachelor of Social Work (or equivalent)
Membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers
Australian working rights
Australian drivers’ licence
National Police Clearance Aged/Vulnerable
NDIS Worker Check
Working with Children Check and Aged Care Check
Min 2 years’ experience in the field
