Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join their supportive multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work across clinic, home, and community settings (including schools), providing meaningful therapy and support to clients and their families. You’ll collaborate closely with other allied health professionals and the Home Care team, ensuring holistic, high-quality care within established funding frameworks.
You can choose between:
Paediatric OT: working in the clinic, homes, schools, childcares.
Aged-Care OT: providing home and community-based therapy for the elderly.
Both: if you prefer working across the life span.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide evidence based occupational therapy services.
Assess and treat a varied caseload of patients utilising functional, standardised, and non-standardised tools.
Home modifications, assistive technology or assessment services
Provide education, advice and recommendations to patients and caregivers
Work within a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
Complete timely and accurate documentation with actionable recommendations to inform ongoing therapy planning.
