About the role
Are you interested in utilizing your existing skills in operations or administration to work with a leading Healthcare provider? Demonstrated experience in an operational, fast-paced commercial call centre, sales or recruitment environment will help you to be successful in this busy role. Knowledge of the Healthcare industry would be highly regarded.
In this role, you will provide support to our clients by managing the rostering of temporary Healthcare staff across Victoria alongside our fun, friendly and thriving operations team. Located in our Melbourne office
We are looking for
Someone who is flexible to working a rotating roster (in office) Monday – Friday between the hours of 5am to 6pm
Someone who has a confident and friendly phone manner
Someone who exhibits strong organisational and time management skills
Someone with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Someone with an ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Competent with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, outlook, word).
Someone who is enjoys achieving targets within key deadlines.
