About the role: Healthcare Australia are currently seeking a Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support two family-run, award winning facilities on the Gold Coast. As Quality & Compliance Coordinator, you will work in collaboration with other staff to drive quality and compliance in line with the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
Ideally you will be a highly experienced Care Manager/Facility Manager with sound knowledge of the New Aged Care Standards and Aged Care sector. Benefits on offer:

As Quality & Compliance Coordinator, you will:
Support each facility with documentation and processes
Be responsible for monitoring and reporting
Review system processes
Identify opportunities for improvement
Be responsible for compliance and risk mitigation
To be considered for this role you will have:
Current AHPRA registration
Proven experience with Aged Care Quality and Compliance
Aged care accreditation experience
Minimum 2 years clinical care / facility manager experience
Current drivers license
