About the Role
As an Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care within residential aged care facilities
Undertake clinical assessments, care planning and medication management
Lead and support care staff to ensure best practice resident outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional resident care
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential aged care
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
Excellent communication, leadership and time management abilities
Flexibility to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
