About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care. You’ll be a calm, confident presence for residents and a supportive leader for care staff.
Provide clinical support and attend to residents’ medical needs
Complete accurate clinical documentation and care plans
Oversee medication administration
Lead and mentor care staff
Promote a safe, positive and person-centered environment
Build strong relationships with residents and families
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Genuine passion for delivering high-quality aged care
Current National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
Valid flu vaccination and Covid vaccination history
