About the role: Our client is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join their large, modern Aged Care facility in Northern Sydney. As Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, effective and person-centred care for aged care residents, assisting them to lead independent and meaningful lives. Successful candidates will be employed on a permanent full-time basis. Benefits on offer:

Up to 6 weeks annual leave for permanent RNs
Conduct assessments and develop care plans accordingly
Complete relevant documentation in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating residents’ care needs
Provide nursing advice and support to residents and families
Maintain appropriate ordering, management and administration of medications in line with policy and procedures
Liaise with doctors and other health professionals to maintain the highest possible standard of care for residents
The successful candidate will have:
Current AHPRA Registration
Passion for working in Aged Care and a sound understanding of Aged Care standards
Experience in developing care plans
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
National NDIS Worker Screening Check
2021 flu vaccination or willing to obtain
