Healthcare Australia (HCA), Australia’s leading healthcare recruitment provider, is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Homecare team on a permanent part-time basis. In this role, you will deliver exceptional care to older Australians within their homes across the Central Coast.

Role Overview: This is a community-based role supporting our elderly customers in their own homes. You will be required to travel between clients, ensuring that their care needs are met with compassion and professionalism. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing holistic care and supporting clients in their homes.
  
Your duties will include:

  • Conducting clinical and personal care duties with a focus on the individual needs of each client.
  • Using expert clinical judgment, compassion, and resourcefulness to develop tailored care plans.
  • Assessing and treating wounds.
  • Monitoring and assisting clients with medical equipment and devices such as catheters and continence aids.
  • Offering social and emotional support, ensuring a high level of holistic care.

  
What We Are Looking For:

  • A qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and at least 2 years of experience.
  • Experience in Aged Care or Community Home Care is desirable.
  • Current First Aid (HLTAID003/4) and CPR (HLTAID001) certifications, or willingness to complete within one month of starting.
  • Proof of the right to work in Australia.
  • A current driver’s license, access to a reliable car with comprehensive insurance, and willingness to travel between appointments (paid travel).
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
  • A genuine passion for providing care to older Australians and a commitment to helping them live independently at home.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Up-to-date COVID vaccinations and Flu vaccine (or willingness to obtain).
