The Role

The Registered Nurse is a key member of the Fertility team, providing both direct and indirect patient care. Working closely with fertility specialists, scientists and administrative staff, this role supports patients through treatment pathways with a strong focus on education, emotional support and clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Venepuncture
  • Ultrasound assistance
  • Artificial insemination
  • Patient counselling and education

Essential Criteria

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife
  • Minimum two years post-registration clinical experience
  • Strong patient-centred communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and decision-making abilities

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Venepuncture experience
  • Background in women’s health
  • Previous fertility nursing experience
