About the role

Our client is looking to appoint a Registered Nurse and a Personal Care Worker to their small community based aged care facility based in Kojonup. 

Registered Nurse

Key responsibilities include: 

• Complete reporting and documentation in line with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies and procedures
• Provide supervision and leadership to a team of healthcare professionals
• Deliver specialised nursing care
• Administer medications
• Monitor clinical care plans
• Participate in clinical auditing

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Bachelor of Nursing
• Current AHPRA registration
• National Police clearance (or willing to obtain) 
• Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations

Personal Care Worker

Key responsibilities include: 

• Assisting residents with daily activities such as showering, feeding and toileting
• Maintaining strong relationships with residents and their families
• Working within a multi-disciplinary team

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support
• Medication competency
• Demonstrated experience as a Personal Care Worker within aged care
• Flu and Covid vaccinations
• National police clearance
