Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing and optimising our Salesforce platform to ensure our teams have the tools they need to deliver exceptional care and service across the business. • Maintaining and optimising the Salesforce platform to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Supporting users with training, troubleshooting, and best practice adoption.
• Designing workflows, automations, and dashboards to improve efficiency.
• Managing user access and permissions to safeguard sensitive data.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

Let’s talk about you!

You are a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 5+ years’ experience, passionate about leveraging technology to transform healthcare delivery.  As a “senior” ideally you will have some exposure to mentoring other Developers!

Your knowledge will need to span Apex programming, system integration, data management, and security best practices within Salesforce.  Prior exposure to Health Cloud and/or Field Service is desirable.  Experience working with multiple Salesforce organisations, managed packages, and external vendors is a plus.

The following certifications will be required - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Omni Studio Developer, Salesforce Platform Administrator.  Any further certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Salesforce Architect certifications are highly desirable.
