About the Role:
We are looking for our next Aged Care and Community Care Team Leader. In this role you will drive strategic initiatives to grow our client base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize staff resources and ensure client needs are met efficiently.
This role involves providing leadership, guidance, and training to enhance the performance of consultants, while promoting best practices and supporting the use of operating systems and policies.
This is a key strategic role in the business, giving you full autonomy over all our national aged care clients as the key contact.

Tasks include:
- Guiding, coaching, and developing the team across the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Leading the team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Overseeing and directly assisting in the growth of existing clients and prospect clients
- Maintaining a high standard of conduct and work performance to promote Healthcare Australia’s reputation with key internal and external stakeholders
- Regular reporting, performance analysis, and planning to optimize the business
- Acting as the key account manager for all national Aged Care clients
- Representing HCA at conferences and industry events
- Identifying key areas for growth
- Working in collaboration with our marketing team to implement recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience as a 360 permanent recruitment consultant (2+ years)
- Excellent communication and interaction skills (preferring phone calls over emails)
- Strong client management/influencing skills
- Experience in leading recruitment consultants – will consider senior consultants looking to move into leadership roles
- Experience within healthcare recruitment – open to leaders from other sectors looking to make a move into healthcare
- Appreciation of financial metrics/performance
- Comfortable with coaching and leading a team to success
