We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Team Leader to provide leadership, support, and supervision to the Nursing Team in a Withdrawal Unit located in Geelong.
In this role, you will:

Deliver Comprehensive Care: Provide professional, evidence-based, and holistic care to all clients engaging with the Geelong Withdrawal Unit.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that clients’ medical needs are addressed promptly.

Team Leadership and Development: Supervise team members, conduct performance appraisals, and assist with the recruitment, selection, and induction of new staff.

Policy Management: Update and amend Unit Policies and Procedures to align with current service delivery standards.

Program Management: Oversee and manage online programs to support unit operations.

Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with the AOD Program Coordinator and other teams to foster strong partnerships and enhance service delivery.
