Competitive salary range of $125,000 – $135,000 + super salary sacrifice

Preferred Requirements:
Extensive experience in theatre management, with a deep understanding of the clinical and operational aspects of surgical procedures
Proven track record of effectively managing a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and patient-centric environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to liaise seamlessly with surgeons, nurses, and other stakeholders
Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning to optimise theatre efficiency and productivity
Commitment to continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices in theatre management
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical Bachelor of Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration without restrictions
Advanced leadership and management training or qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a similar theatre management role within the healthcare industry
