Reporting to the Transactional Services Manager, this Team Leader works collaboratively with a range of stakeholders across Healthcare Australia to ensure transactional services are delivered to the highest quality through your team of Accounts Receivable officers.
Day to day you will:
Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team across multiple business units to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices is maintained to a high standard
Maintain system integrity through effective account setup, data accuracy, and regular maintenance.
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of invoice queries from both Business-to-Business and Direct Care clients
Proactively manage Medicare claiming to optimize revenue recovery while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that values accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism
Work collaboratively with other Shared Services leaders and team members to drive alignment and process efficiency
Support continuous improvement by developing and refining processes that enhance service delivery and reduce risk
Let’s talk about you!
You are a finance professional with a strong knowledge of transactional processes – ideally across Accounts Receivable. Naturally you will have some people leadership exposure that showcases how you can motivate and develop Finance Officer talent. Experience within the Home Care or NDIS sectors would be welcomed but is not essential.
