Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Aged Care or Acute settings
• Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and the Charter of Aged Care Rights
• Unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Willingness to assist in personal cares
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Friendly, adaptable, and confident working in remote environments
• Willingness to participate in full roster rotations
