About You You are a resilient and compassionate Youth Worker who thrives in dynamic environments and can confidently support young people with complex needs. You will bring:
Recent experience in youth support work
Understanding of trauma-informed care and behaviour support practices
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to different environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for supporting young people
Essential Requirements
Diploma in Youth Work (or working towards)
Minimum 6 months’ experience in youth work
Valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Minimum 2 COVID-19 vaccinations
Full Australian Driver’s Licence
Full Australian working rights(no sponsorship available)
