(Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking Youth Workers to support young people across community, residential and out-of-home care settings in Perth and across the Peel region.

This role is ideal for experienced, reliable Youth Workers who can deliver trauma-informed, person-centred care to help young people develop independence, confidence and life skills.
We are seeking Youth Workers who demonstrate:

Reliability, professionalism and confidence working independently or within a team

Eligibility:
Certificate III or higherin Disability or a related field (qualification in Youth Work preferred)
Minimum 6 months full-time experience in Youth Work
DCP 395 Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Valid National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months)
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate (within the last 3 years)
Valid WA Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
