We have won the ‘National Recruitment Company of the Year’ Award at the Recruitment International Awards 2017
We are extremely pleased to have won the ‘National Recruitment Company of the Year’ Award at the Recruitment International (RI)Awards in Sydney on Wednesday night.
The RI Awards are a prestigious Awards program aimed at recognising innovation and best practice in the Australian recruitment industry, with the biggest entrepreneurs, business leaders and pioneers from our industry forming the judging panel.
We entered the National Recruitment category which required us to demonstrate a successful business model with the infrastructure to deliver national coverage across multiple offices and locations. This was based on the following criteria: defining a clear company culture, growth strategy, along with evidence of business objectives set and achieved.
Our National presence across Australia is evident with 18 offices, as well as our 2 offices overseas and 300 internal staff (including UK and NZ employees).
We haveestablished a strong company culture demonstrating the passion and dedication of our specialist recruitment and operations teams within each division and office, and ourhigh level of customer service provided by HCA employees to their candidates and client.
Our company’s strategic plan, which is set every few years with review by the CEO and relevant stakeholders has helped us achieve our business objectives with tremendous growth over the 45 years since the company was established. Our growth has been strengthened by the acquisition of new companies and the Defence contract won in late 2016.
We havepreviously won multiple awards recognising our contribution to the Healthcare Recruitment industry, including the 2012 and 2013 Seek Awards (SARA) Medium Recruitment Agency of the year and in 2014, the South Australian Interactive Media Excellence Award for our eHCA booking app. In 2017, we were awarded the Bronze Medal for HRD Top Recruiter of the Year in the Healthcare Category. We are also finalists in the RCSA ‘Excellence in Candidate Care Award’, with the results announced June 1st.
