We know that choosing a Home Care provider is a big decision and we’re so thankful to all of our customers who choose us. That’s why we’re offering all new customer sign ups a special gift to say thank you.
From now until 31st December 2024, we’re offering all new customers a pre-paid Mastercard card with $500 credit plus a monthly $50 top up credit for 12 months.
New Customer Sign On Incentive – Terms and Conditions
Healthcare Australia’s (HCA) incentive programs may be reviewed and amended from time to time and do not form a part of a customer contract.
HCA reserves the right to change the participation rules, suspend or terminate the New Customer Sign Up Reward at any time.
Eligibility rules
• New HCA Home Care customers who sign on with a Home Care Package (HCP)
• Customers will need to sign on directly with HCA and not sign on through a referral partner
• The new customer will be required to have an existing or assigned Home Care Package. Customer’s who are still in the process of applying for their Home Care Package will not be eligible.
Criteria
• The new customer will need to have signed their contract with HCA and have commenced services before the incentive is paid
Incentive
• The new customer will receive a $500 pre-paid Visa Card plus a $50 top up added to the card every month for 12 months.
• The Gift Cards will be sent via post or delivered in person to the customer.
Additional Information
The New Customer Sign On Gift is available to new customers signing up before 31st December 2024.
